It is a special program designed to meet the self-protection needs of teenagers, women, and girls.).This training will provide you, your sisters, your girlfriends, and your daughters with the skills and training to be aware, make intelligent decisions, and learn how to disengage from violent encounters in order to escape. Our training programs are specially structured to empower you with the physical skills to protect yourself as well as empower you mentally and spiritually to face your fears and overcome them. The curriculum was designed specifically to be learned in a short amount of time. Gain confidence in yourself and in your abilities as you learn to protect yourself.

D.E.P.V- Defense & escape against physical violence (a different fighting form of self defense designed for school students & working people).

S.D.F.S - Self Defense for seniors (a different soft style self defense program designed for senior citizens )

STRENGHT MASTER This project is specially designed for those people who wants to improve their physical & mental strength and stamina by freehand exercises & without use of gym instruments.

FIGHTER TRAINING PROGRAM (designed for fighters who wish to participate in different martial arts events and championships).

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PROGRAM (designed for martial arts coaches who wish to teach or train different styles of martial arts including MMA, Kickboxing, Yoga, Takewando etc. ).
